Sizeable rooms with a good level of cleanliness made the stay comfortable. The leisure centre offers a nice pool and hot tub for some relaxation, as long as you avoid jacuzzi time during kids' swim classes.
The restaurant service severely lagged behind expectations, with slow drink delivery and underwhelming food portions during dinner. Breakfast left much to be desired. a long wait for the hot food buffet revealed basic items that weren’t properly cooked. The persistent noise from a flagpole during windy days added an unexpected disturbance to an otherwise decent night's sleep.

the room was really big n comfy, loved the giant bed! the food at dinner was super tasty, best meal of the stay. staff were friendly and tried to help, even tho they were busy. the location was cool for exploring witney, easy to walk around!
the hotel was way understaffed, it took ages to get anything done. also the breakfast service was a mess, it was like they had no idea how to manage the guests.

Comfortable stay, but some hiccups
The room was cozy, but we noticed a sewage smell around the hotel which was a bit off-putting. The restaurant had long waits, and our breakfast was mismatched. That said, the massage was a highlight! Wouldn't rush to return, though.
